Driver - Spin Rate

Less torque? What do you mean by more stable? I have always liked the feel of heavier and stiffer. My favorite shafts are s500 in an old set of blades. 95g x-stiff, tipped stiff in my driver. I may lose a couple of yards but it does not feel like I'm playing with chopsticks! Nunchuks you say...had me some of those in middle school...have a scar to prove it.

"I'm just sayin'--Nunchuk..heavier and stiffer will be the next wave..stability."

Surely you aren't serious. There may be a Next Wave, but it's certain that this wave will only actually benefit a few player swing profiles, so to speak, and empty the pockets of the gullible, who in no way should be playing heavier and stiffer. One size doesn't fit all, which is the reason for club fitting.

He is.... and don't call him shirley! Sorry Steve - had to say it. RIP Leslie!

Agreed w Jim, at least that loft is a big issue. My first thought was of loft.

Can't say for sure with your case, but I know I've always noticed a big diff between a 9.5 and an 8.5. Pretty sure I'd need some kind of shaft to keep a 10.5 from spinning way too much. Never really (cept when I was way smaller and younger) even hit a 9.5 that I could keep down enough. Never been on a lm but I look at the flight, and distance of course.

Make sure you are hitting up on it. The way to max out a low loft
head.

If you really want the head and can move to much lower spin shaft in your flex then it might be worth it to try. I never liked fooling around w changing shafts too much.
