DVD orders

How long do those normally take to arrive? I ordered one right at a month ago and still nothing, including no response to e-mails sent to both "support@" and directly to Brian himself. Just curious if this is normal, and when/if I might see it.

BTW I feel like a dick for posting something like this in an open forum, but with no reply to e-mails I don't know where else to do it. Hope this doesn't paint me in a bad light on the forum.

No bad light, maybe it was just missed or somethings their are email issues. Call brian on his phone and he'll take care of it.

Well dad-blame -- I didn't even notice the joker had his phone number on the contact page. I was there looking for an e-mail address so I guess my eyes just blew right past it looking for an @ sign. Thanks man, I'll give him a call.
