I was noticing recently that sometimes people are not getting across their true expression in what they are saying. I know that emoticons are available on your site Brian but not as obvious or easy as some. I think that sometimes it would help the tone of conversations if they were a little easier to use. They really add a sense of humour. But of course I haven't a clue how hard it is to institute so I am just mentioning it.
