Brian, I wasn't asking a question I already know the answer to (I do that sometimes, but not this time!).
Yes, I already know what you think about the flat left wrist at the top. It should be visually flat, end of story. Not geometrically flat, blah blah blah...just flat. But that's not what I was talking about.
This is what I thought Martee was saying (I may be wrong!) and this is what I was actually asking about. Assume you have a Strong Single Action grip (which to me is basically a "Manzella Neutral Grip" when done properly). Now if you go to the top of your backstroke, and have someone look at your left wrist from the target view (like the view of those 14 golfers in your poster), it should just be dead flat as you always say. BUT, from the golfer's point of view -- i.e. if I turn my head to the right to look upwards at my left wrist -- my left wrist will look a little tiny bit Bent.
