My swing gets really lose at the top and has since I started playing 10 years ago. My left arm bends a little to much and my left hand grip gets a little lose at the top. I lose my feel for the clubhead, over accelerate, come over the top a little, hit pull hooks followed by blocks, and manage to play to a 10 handicap.
I have worked on float loading in the past and it fixes most of my faults. The problem is I don't really know if I'm feeling the correct things when I'm doing it and after a few days of working on it I start to get to relaxed and my arms start to behave like wet noodles. I also tend to let my left wrist colapse.
Can anyone explain to me what I should focus on and feel when I float load and how do I keep from over doing it?
Edit - Sorry I meant to type Brian but my "Brain" got in the way.
