Hi folks

In the U stream video ,Brian demonstrated a motion that i believe i make in my downswing. I describe it as a chop that leaves very deep, and toe of the club deep ,divots with a drastic outside /in path. Brian said that a common fault is "the hands popping out on the backswing and an over rotation of left arm and club unit." I have been working on my Never slice tips to prevent the club from opening too much and am wondering if i may be popping the hands on the backswing as he says. Is there a way of describing the proper motion of the hands ,or how would one know if he is in fact popping them. This might be best shown on another live show which i really hope Brian does but any help is appreciated.
THX steve

You will know you are popping out if the distance between the butt of the club and your belt increases during the takeaway.

The proper motion and fix is described in the Soft Draw video.
