Looking for opinions on where the weight is in the feet and the direction it takes as the weight shifts. With the introduction of foot pressure force plates I'm finding different articles and trains of thought on where the weight starts at address (balls of feet/under the arch/ankle joint) and then how it proceeds thru the backswing, transition, impact and follow thru. For example...one path described is weight starts centered and then goes to back heel before going to front of left foot and then transfers back to left heel area for the finish.
I have asked a lot of PGA pros who mostly say I don't know and then go into their swing looking at their feet to see what they are feeling. The ones who did have a direct answer provided completely different directional paths. The only consitent I found was weight stays on the inside of right foot.
