My favorite Manzella instruction revolves around the correlation of spine tilt/side bend and opening of the pivot on the downswing. Understanding the pivot (downswing), to me, is crucial for golfers of all experience.

I don't know if this portion of your philosophy still is relevant to you Brian, but I have helped many as well as myself with that information.

Way too many to list, but ultimately the two things I practice most and have made the most difference in my ball striking:

Both from NSA2

Twistaway: think right palm at camera on backswing

Hold the twist: think lag the sweet spot not the hosel

FYI: I would like to add that NSA should be renamed. I really haven't sliced the ball since i was a teenager. I mostly hit straight or draws, but with little power. My bad shots however are hosel rockets. In my quest to figure out why i hit them i found this site and boy, no one else was even close to helping me figure out why i was hitting them, till now. Well, i originally bought COFF, learned a little and them bought NHA. Again learned some more. Since i didn't slice the ball, it took me a while to buy NSA, but just to continue my quest for learning, i bought about a month ago. Well, Brian nailed me and my swing in the first few chapters. I was really a slicer who learned how to close the face. This pattern fit me to perfectly, and had helped more than the others. I dont know what the title should be, but just because you may not slice, doesn't mean this pattern isn't for you.

The method of opening the clubface with arms/wrists using normal grip versus
gripping with the face already open. The former allows more shot making versatility from the sand or around the green.

Since the clubface is the single most prevalent issue that 90% of golfers have, I'd have to nominate the "Twistaway" as the most important concept to get to the masses. It has made a world of difference to my game. Even my flip is slowly disappearing.

My favourite stuff is simple things like this Youtube vid...

where it puts some confidence back in the player that there's a variety of things you can do that are NOT wrong. eg: The golf instructors I've experienced in the UK always seem to advocate a neutral grip and stare at you like the 'devil's own' if you're more than a hairs width srong.

Making a whole 1 hour video is one thing but sometimes the basics can get missed by the viewer in the message. Sometimes short is sweet. The same is probably similar for alignment, posture etc.

When you were in Las Vegas and I had about 30 minutes with you.....Your advice was "Giving Me The Business".

You remember turning my hips more......You got behind me with your hands on my waist and you turned my hips the way the should react in the golf swing. I named it "you are giving me The Business".

Thanks for the great tip by the way.....its made all the difference.
