Getting download to older videos

I tried watching Ideas about the Release which I had purchased two years ago and it wasn't even in my view purchase items list. Then I tried to watch the two other videos I had in the purchased list and they wouldn't play either. I really wanted to rewatch the Ideas about the release. Am I doing something wrong or is there another way I can watch this video again?

I have this issue too. Nothing appears when I click 'Play video'.
