getting shoulders open?

I'm still a recovering "too much right" swinger. I've managed to get my hips pretty open, but my shoulders are still almost perfectly square at impact. Any suggestions on how to get the top lined up with the bottom? Thanks.

Address the ball with an open stance and open shoulders until you can get a pretty big pull fade. Then start closing it back until the ball is back to your normal flight.
 
How many degrees should each be open at impact(hips and shoulders I mean)?
I too swing too far right (left for me). Anybody?
