help swinging left

Played today and kept hitting the biggest blocks ever! I feel like I am rotation and my hips and shoulders are open at impact, however my arms seem to go out to the right still. Any tips or help on swing the club more left instead of just the body?

Thanks

Maybe you're trying to flip an open clubface squareor "down the line". What helps me is reviewing Brian's "lagging the sweetspot" you tube answer video. I then take that feel and swing under the shoulders left of the target line. Works like a charm.

Brian has mentioned that one can swing away from your left leg or swing around it. See if you need to swing around your left leg.

Pick a target at the range and line up to it square laying clubs down to make sure. Then try to hit fades or slices that start well left of the target and fade back to the target. Once you can do that I would say your problem is fixed. When doing so it would probably help to try to hit the upper outside quadrant of the ball, the reverse of what an over the top hacker should do.

That would be OTT, wouldn't it?

That'll do it.

Hall-o-Fame post, one of my personal favs on the tee.

thanks for all the tips guys, gotta love a forum like this where you can get several answers over night! Don't know if it matters or not but I'm definitely not a hack, just in a weird phase with my driver. Kind of funny I can hit three wood great off the tee all day just not the driver. Once again thanks for all the help

I like Chris' post as well. However, Brian, if the player has a hosel lagging issues, would'nt the ball still start right no matter how left he swung? Could you also hit some high right shoulder pull draws first, and then add axis tilt? Just wondering.

He,he...and what about if the guy hits those great pull-fades without problem and when he/she need to hit it straight or with a draw he's unable to do it anymore ? ;)

Cheers
