Help with Swing

I am not sure how to upload a swing video at this point so I will try to narrate the positions I am getting to, and I would like some feedback.

I am 5'10 205 lbs with avg flexibility.

I start my swing with a slight forward press and proceed into a right forearm takeaway and to flatten out my left wrist, I try to keep the clubface facing the planeline all the way to the top.

My transition starts with an unwinding of the hips while maintaining the flat left wrist until impact.

Now, the main problems I have corrected with this swing are:

1. No more heel contact (improved swingpath) I used to swing a great deal from inside to out.
2. My ball flight is much straighter (I do not flip as much)

I still fight an occasional draw-hook, and some fat contact when I miss. What do I need to do to fix these two issues? What other problems am I likely to see.

Thanks

JB

I try to quickly turn my hips to clear them out of the way and to allow my arms to drop down into the "impact zone". I hope this is a clear explanation.

P.S. I have just recently started working on the "perfect pivot"

I ask these questions because your site and shootin4par have really helped me cure some problems, but I had a bad round last week and the fat shot and draw hook were the cause.
