Hi Brian,
I like the start of you down swing.
Wishing you and your family a happy new year.

Not a problem, most proprietary batteries are required for slimline products. The real bonus of AA's is the convenience of replacement when the time comes, kit yourself up with some eneloop's and you have the best of both worlds.

High Speed Test

Brian, what is the difference between this camera and the F1 version, which if I remember correctly was the one everyone was talking about at Port St Lucie at the summit in December, I see the price is about £200 difference.

Ian, the F1 is bulkier and as a result can capture at slightly higher frame rates, if anything the fh-20 gains more features than it loses.

Also check amazon.co.uk as they have it at £330 currently (a saving of £160).

Lighting can be an issue, this was taken today in overcast conditions at 210fps (also 2*c/36*f )

Excuse the rusty swing.

The big difference is it work with avi files and not MOV, because you lose some quality when you convert mov to avi.

Just a guess

I looked hard at both of them.

The FH20 has a bigger screen and is easier to use in a lesson.

It is also a bit smaller, and well. $350-$400 less.

But, trust me, if I find that the F1 is that much better, I'll trade up.
