I looked hard at both of them.

The FH20 has a bigger screen and is easier to use in a lesson.

It is also a bit smaller, and well. $350-$400 less.

But, trust me, if I find that the F1 is that much better, I'll trade up.

am i looking at the wrong camera, i just looked up F1 Casio and..it's close to a grand.

so..what camera do you suggest?

I was looking for a new cam a couple of weeks ago. A friend uses the F1 and it is really impressive but a little big.

For different reasons did Brian recommend the Sanyo Hd 2, so I looked at the models out on the market. I picked up the Xacti Vpc 1010.It has the possibility to 300fps.

I have not yet tried it outdoors, but the slomo indoors is very good.

The more Frames you use must make the resolution poorer thats the trade off. If you want to view the swing with great picture quality then a HD one like the Sanyo would be my guess, If you like the thought of seeing a swing in super slo mo and don't mind if the picture quality is not so good then surely the Casio is better.

Here is a video of my son:

It has been converted from Casio MOV file to a Youtube FLV file. FLV files are very compressed thus greatly reducing clarity. At 300 FPS the pic is still plenty clear. The original MOV files are clear enough to show a tee spinning in the air. Resolution is not a problem.
