Hip turn

In video short #4 Hip turn is discussed. Should there be a conscious hip turn or just in response to bringing the right arm back?

Depends.

It COULD lead and power the backswing or it could just get PULLED around.

The hip turn, is that because of the mind is trying to make provision to balance the body?

Not in lot of cases, land o oz.

Many golfer need to try to turn hip.

Brain,

Just a quick question, I find that a lot of golfers, particular higher handicapper, the more they think about turning their hip, the more they cannot rotate the body. And end up turning the shoulder rather then the hip.
So, when we teach someone to swing a golf club, should we use the following words

Turn more on your hip

Those are the question, that always in my mind. pls help
