Is it alright if you have a forward leaning shaft but a bent left wrist at impact? I have a fairly strong left hand grip (3 knuckles visible with mid-body hands, left side of head in line with back of ball, ball one inch inside of left heel on all shots except driver which has ball at left heel) and a bent wrist at impact. However, my hands do lead the clubhead on all shots but the driver, where the clubhead and hand are even. I'm really paranoid about this. In fact, in trying to have a flat left wrist, I've weakened my grip, which is uncomfortable for me, and also try to horizontal hinge, which is also uncomfortable for me because I prefer to angle hinge.
I should say that my pattern is basically the "Never Hook Again" pattern. But, after watching "Confessions of a Former Flipper", I definitely have down plane contact with a down plane right shoulder and a left shoulder that goes up and away.
