Cool. So, even though Justin Rose had an inside out path with a square/slightly closed face, his heel contact changed the actual spin axis enough to produce a fade. Nothing that most experienced goflers didn't know, but to see numbers for the account of gear effect is pretty interesting. Thank you.

Learning about this finally allowed me to make sense of the inside out straight pull i grew up with. I must ve trained myself to hit it on the heel to take right to left spin off. Fascinating stuff.
