Is this actually Ben Doyle?

Yes. What was it that confused you....the title of the video?;)

Flat left wrist, bent right wrist, pressumed lag pressure....hard to tell about plane line...3 imperatives...why do you doubt?

Does anyone know how TGM influenced Ben Doyle's swing (or anyone old enough to know!)? Or has Ben always swung like this?

I have seen this video and was wondering about the bent left arm just after impact. He doesn't have both arm exstension after impact. Is that because of the trigger delay? Or is it just lack of flexibility? Or maybe something else?

Ben grew up copying Long Jim Barnes' swing.

Barnes looked just like Ben, and vice versa.

Ben HAD a bent left wrist at the top prior to meeting Homer. Homer suggested FLAT, and Ben said he changed in 5 minutes.

The rest was there.

Realize that Ben was in his late 60's in the video, but BEAT Mike Finney and Tom Bartlett that day at Monterey Peninsula C.C. (Mike took that video and someone YouTUbed it from this site)

Ben played in some Crosby's on Tour, as well as other Tour events.

The left arm thing is "my little flaw" he used to call it, and to me, it was just lack of elasticity in his left side at that age.

Ben said to me if there is one thing he might wish he done in the past to help his golf was to be stronger and more flexible physically.
Great swing Ben, so what about the bent left arm etc>? Does the ball know about his left arm post impacT?
