well since i am waiting forever @ this course i am going to live blog my round for the amusement of our membership.

to catch up....i am 2 over through 7 waiting on the tee for a 118 yard par 3.

PW over water and big sandy front bunker. pin high but pushed it in a nasty lie. flopped out miraculously and 1 putted from about 5 feet for par.

no birdies on the front nine but had a few chances that i missed. 9th hole 387 straight away and from an elevated tee. grip it and rip it time, if i play the hole right should be a bird but last time i said that iron shot went long and i 2 putted for bogey.

if you r really bored, you can google map or earth the course. it is white pines golf course in bensenville, il west course.

ripped the drive, straight high and deep.....just a straight push.

95 yards to the hole, 53* up over a huge tree out of the rough to 5 feet. clap clap clap

made the bird

finished front nine 1 over.

10th hole 367 water in front of green.

another massive drive but straight actually, im lining up for small draw but going straight lol

driver too much on hole, it narrows considerably (forgot) and it went in the water right. luckily im only about 90 yards out

11th hole, big nasty par 5....613 YARDS! Water before green, never made it to this hole in 2 and there is no wind to help me. slight downhill to the fairway but still not enough. looks like 3 shot par 5 as always

aimed straight and hit it straight and bombed another and caught slight downhill. 275 out but that shot isnt in my bag. gonna hit 5 iron short of the water.

hit a high drawing easy 5 iron to the 100 yard marker....'bout 5 yards behind it. pins up, lasered @ 97 yards, should be an easy 53*. should birdie this hole

choked down on 53* crisp contact drawing slightly over front bumker, gets an AMAZING KICK AND LANDS 3 FEET FROM HOLE! i took a pic will attach a pic.

12th hole, 371 slight dogleg.

aimed a hair left and hit it as hard as i could to give a soft fade. even with 100 yard maker dead center of fairway and lasered to hole @ 107 pin is in back

13th hole, 388....tight hole usually hit 3 wood but hitting driver so good im hitting the big dog. havent hit 3 yet today so dont feel the need now.

i caved, hit a 3 wood.good thing i did too fairway narrows a ton 17 yards wide where i hit it. in the fairway, about 130 to hole.

138 to hole, toe thinned a 9 iron but on the green and 20 feet for bird uphill. good chance here

wow my eyes suck 40 for birdie.......on a great line.....has a CHANNCCCE....

14th hole, 140 but pin is up. 120 to a front pin, nothing in way trying for bird with a pw.

drew over pin and SHORT! i think i need my loft checked. i hit it well.

chipped it well, good line just right of hole. made 4 foot come back for par
