K VEST - not a gimmick!
Having just completed an extensive K-Vest / force plate session with Michael Jacobs I can say it is definitely NOT a gimmick. The results were truly amazing.

Force plates too? I need to get to NY.
Sorry I don't have time right now to go into a lot of detail. Bottom line probably 15% increase in distance across the board with range balls. 5 iron height now same as 8 iron. I'll try and post the before/after graphs when I can.
And Michael is wonderful to work with.

Ueye High Speed Cameras
Let's say I got chosen to give a lesson on National TV and I could only choose 1 piece of technology to bring with me.
I would bring K Vest

The data is Raw -- Forces, Accelerations, Torques, Center of Pressure movement. The plate itself is well done
