I'm having a little difficulty getting through to a gentleman recently. He's a somewhat heavyset guy who has an incomplete turn (right shoulder that doesn't reach the plane) throws it and flips it forward for a leakage hook. Does anyone have any ideas for a starting point for thios type of swing? Just can't seem to get through this time.

what have you already tried?
i'd have thought the chip, chip-pitch, pitch, punch, puch-swivel method would let him see how he gets to his left side and keeps good impact hands throughout

I considered it but I wonder if it will be quick enough for him. Definately not on his left side or rotated. I'm gonna try it.

Well, being so overweight I was doubting he could move his body in the manner in which i thought could help. But once we got to the bottom of why he flipped, he started doing pretty well with getting his left side more forward and open. he seems willing to work a little on impact hands at least for small swings. Not a real grinder, just sick of hooking and hitting it fat.
