left, left and more left

I have taken lessons for over 13 years, golf clinics, and practiced often. Over the last two seasons I have developed a natural bias to a pull to the left, or pull draw.
A drill that always works is the split foot drill (front foot moved slightly closer to the ball, back foot pulled back from the ball). I always hit the ball well in this manner, but never over all these years, have been able to internalize this feeling into my regular stance.
I don't know if I am getting too quick with my shoulders and coming over the top, moving my hips too fast. When I go for a lesson, the pro I see always uses video, and ends up giving one of the drills I have used over the years. He is a methods and positions teacher. I of course have gotten older, not so fit, put on a few pounds, so sometimes positions are harder.
What are the things I should really do to quit pulling left?

1. Never let your "neckbone" (base of neck) get ahead of your tailbone through impact.

2. Start the downstroke by "putting" your right shoulder in your right pants pocket.

3. Keep your right arm UNDER your left arm through impact.

4. Keep you hips ahead of your hands and your hands ahead of the clubhead

5. Make a downswing with the butt of the club working like it was a javelin, and your were going the throw it underhanded at the target.

6. Stay hairy side down, "belly" side up with your rihgt forearm approaching the ball.

7. LOOK AT and hit, the inside-back of the ball, by directing you right forefinger at that spot from the top
 
Thanks Brian, Guess I will just take one at time, focus on it a bit, and find out what helps me stay on plane and not pulling.

Can someone expand on this point. Is this a feeling like you are pulling the butt end of the club through the ball while keeping the shoulders back? I was doing this yesterday to stop my pull with some success, esp when I allowed the left forearm to rotate as I swung arounda braced left leg
 
I think this is the same thing (re: right elbow position) but I picked up this tip somewhere a long the line. Imagine the end of the club is a flashlight. "Shine" the end of the club at the ball on your way down

This might be the greatest thing I have ever read because it helped me a ton today! Funny how I have read 1,000 things in this forum and that was what helped me to stop the hooking.
