worked on keeping head back this morning.
however from a dtl view my shoulders just get sooo open at impact. I really tried to force them and keep them closed but they still open up and go around and not up.
Take everything I'm about to type with a grain of salt. I resisted posting on your swing, but gave in because although I feel you have a great setup, I believe we both have a very, very similar problem.
You start out great, but by impact your entire body is rushing to the target. You are definitely going to open everything up. When I lose 'control' of my spine tilt, it is usually because in my brain I'm thinking I need to aggressively smash the ball. Unfortunately that leads to me turning _over_ the ball rather than behind it.
Also like me, when thing start breaking down with the body, sometimes I start to throw the club at the end too.
My instructor has helped me for a year with this. I still 'lose' it and believe it will be a tendency I will always fight. If you can't imagine your right shoulder under plane, maybe the thought has to be more drastic. In my mind you advance your entire body aggressively. Not only does your head move, but you lose your tilt because your body is racing at the ball. When you lost tilt, you come in outside/in. (at least I do)
Try to 'quiet' your body a bit. Target the inside of the ball. Let your arms do MORE work and your upper body a little less. Another trick that used to give me the 'feel' was an oldy, but it works for some people: Take your right foot back and plant it behind you and take some swings. This stops your body from getting too far in front of you (because you simply can't do it in this position.)
At the end of the day my best solution for this problem has been to take a heavy club and take several (I mean 10) s-l-o-w swings concentrating on right shoulder DOWN not around your body. My club finishes higher too.. .and I know I am on the right track. After 10 of those I will hit a few, then alternate back and forth and it does work.
You might be like me in that you need to *feel* this work. Someone can tell you mechanically what to do until their blue in the face. If you can't feel it, it doesn't register.
Sorry for the longwinded response. I am not an accomplished golfer by any stretch, and there's a great possibility you should ignore me. But I felt compelled to share my experience because I've spent a year trying to solve it and have had some very good instruction on it.
P.S.
I have found in my own experimentation and research that VERY few of us can aggressively advance our lower body towards the target without our upper body following suit.
The greatest modern day example I can find of the type of guy who can do this is Ernie Els:

Note his head is WAAAAAY behind the ball. It's like he's pinned it in place behind the ball. Note how quiet is upper body is while he lets his arms pass his upper body BUT check out his hips, they are virtually facing the target. There is lots of video down the line of Ernie doing the same thing and you can really see his hips turn through the shot while retaining a 'quiet' upper body.
Just my two cents.
