Looking for a watch designed for golf playing

Hi,

I’d like to buy myself a watch. But, as a golfer, I know watches can be very annoying for playing. Do you know some watches designed for playing golf? I’m looking for a watch that is light, that fits the swing movement (elastic strap / shock-resistant). I don’t know if such a watch exists. But, I saw Tiger Woods playing with a watch during the Deutsche Bank Championship in Boston. I was quite surprised since golf players rarely wear watches while playing. Maybe, this is the watch I’m looking for. Do know what brand it could be? And which model? Thanks in advance.

I've seen Moe Norman pics with him wearing two watches. If you "show the target the time", you may find that you get to quite a good, hands leading, club lagging impact. See page 102 of Hogan's Five Lessons.

Opera-I find that the thinner and smaller the diameter of the watch, the less it interferes. I would suggest taking a look at some Swatch brand watches. They have some thin ones with plain plastic type bands. You can pick one up for about $40 dollars and they are pretty good quality as well. Then of course, you can always just get yourself one of those nice fur lined valuables bags that most of the golf OEMs sell with their logos on them. Put your watch in there. But, sometimes you really dont want to know that it's taken you 5.5 hours to play 18 holes. :)

Opera, Tiger gets paid to wear that brand watch. I like the kind attached to the bag and can be read upside down. Dakota watches in every mall USA.

Do you use Opera as a browser? I love mine.
