Cory Pavin won only last year I think...

Fred Funk......(2 times in the past 2 or 3 years I think...1 being a Players Championship)

And like komanin said.......+ Zach and especially Brian Gay too.

...

Possible...for sure yes. Should she try. Maybe some day if she wants to. Not yet I think.

I disagree on the length. She hit some long drives, but remember she was in the dessert, where the average pro would be over 300 yds.

Also, check out her iron play. She hit 7 iron from 160 in the dessert. Men would be going at it with a wedge or 9 iron in those conditions.

She's a phenomenal player, but don't overrate her distance. I've seen the women play close up and they are not that long and your average single digit handicap is longer than them.

Also, because of their clubhead speed men put far more spin on the ball. They can attack pins women just can't. They have to release it to the pin.

ARGHHH! Why can't we have a fun wishful thread without FACTS? Dammit nerds go play some golf:D

Everyone is stating the obvious.

She has a better chance of making a cut in a PGA Tour event than any other player of the LPGA Tour.

whatever exempt PGA tour player that finishes the lowest for driving distance should be required to make one start on the lpga tour(playing from the same tees the ladies do). It would be interesting to see how that would pan out.

Now that would be some serious pressure. It would be fascinating.

I love watching Lochoa play, but let's get real about the difference in the courses the men and women play. LPGA tournment set-up is, what, probably 800 yards shorter on average, rough often non-existent, a lot of courses with big greens, green speeds rarely/never at a Masters level, etc. I see some LPGA players hitting hybrids from 170 yards.
