Not 100% sure....
I think I remember reading that it's not as compatible some of the time or something like that.
Think it had to do with Punch or Push Elbow....

birdie...i think it's the delayed right elbow drive.
the swinger uses the delayed left wrist throw. You can see this demonstration with Brian's fiddle drill, or at least how I interpret it, or with the Bertholy exercise clip where he or someone is swinging that metal pipe thingamajig...
