You don't really need to restart it....the momentum of the clubhead will pull you around to the finish...as Kevin found out when his clubhead came off (no proper finish)....

The kinetic chain used to swing at a golf ball is the same kinetic chain used to hit a golf ball. The club will have momentum after the ball has left the club face and carry on to the finish to continue the hip turn--if you let it.
