Moe Norman's Swing

Quick question, after working on hitting some, I was wondering if "Natural Golf" or Moe Norman's swing, nothing more than a single plane hitting motion??? Anybody have anythoughts on this...

It's a hitting motion. Moe didn't use a zero shift per TGM though - he used a double shift.

Norman was a Swinger, who, in his own words, "pulled" the club through Impact with his left hand. He also said that he had no idea what his right hand was doing.

Perhaps I am viewing this all wrong but there seems to be an awful lot of right arm thrust (hitting) in this swing of Mo's.

In fact, Hockey and Field Hockey players are not dissimilar in technique.

His first move down looks to be slightly out and not down, does it appear like this to everyone else?

Man, that sure looks like he is setting up with impact hands, right forearm pickup and driving with the right side.... sure looks like hitting, but if the man says he is swinging, then I guess that he's swinging...
