It is not the matter of loft. In case of irons, it happens because the height of the iron head is not constant - it's the largest near the toe and the smallest near the hosel. This difference is simply more visible when the loft is bigger.
Putterheads have constant height from toe to heel, thus, no matter what the loft is the leading edge will be pointing exactly where the top edge is pointing.

hmmmm well can u explan, twitch or four barrels, why it does aim left. surely if it is set at its correct lie it would be aimed at the target, if set perpendicular to the target/plane line. the video i put up it shows how it will set up square if at right lie, so i dont get how they actually aim left??????

Agreeeeeeed. I have no clue........unless you're talking about the aim changing from address to impact...

However is address position the same as impact position? Very few players are the same so they need to manipulate putter fitting is ajoke really unless you deal with a decent technique, although you can help hackers a little with weight and length etc.

From your experience, is it the best players who are the same.......?..........or the best players who manipulate the best.....?

The best players definately are the best manipulators. I couldnt say who is the same and who is different. Sure aiming is impotant and the less degree these factors are out the less maintinance required. Tour players are not relevant to anything as Brian has said in the past you could Nicklaus to move all over the place and he would still win. The problem is the tour players dont do what there coaches endorse while winning and subsequently the coaches get credibility they dont deserve.

As for the putter: the hosel location has a dramatic effect on 90deg alignment to the plane line. In putter fitting (which might I say is by no means an exact science) increase loft will influence aim to the left decrease or no loft influences aim to the right without moving the set up one bit!

SAM puttlab is a great tool only if you can understand how to use and make sense of the data in assisting the golfers who rarely has or rarely wants to reproduce the same or as close as possible address routine.
