How does one avoid misaligning the clubface or adding torque to the club when adding the right hand to the grip? I think this is the chief cause of my recent hook problems with a closed face (besides also coming too much in-out, although that could be connected to the grip as well). When I take the right hand grip, I generally don't pay attention to the face. When I setup to the shot however, the face is square. Through impact though, the face is closed, despite sensing it as "square".
How can I avoid the right hand from putting this hidden "torque" on the club and closing down the face in my shots? Is this a common problem?
