My cure for the flip left wrist

This year I have a couple of teaching pros video tape my swin and it's surprising what I feel I am doing is so different from what I am actually doing in the swing.
One of the problems was the flip. My irons and shots are good and I do not flip. But when I try to hit my woods I immediately notice a obvious flip. One of the instructors did a twistaway move with the left arm to demostrate the proper release much like Brian's wedding ring up move.
After reading some of the contributions from this forum and trying some different ways to cure it, my preference is to TURN MY LEFT FORARM in A STRONG POSITION and making adjustments from there.
I still have what feels like a flip but not really noticable.
I tried the neutral grip and it just doesnt feel comfortable for me.

Thanks to the fellow posters/instructors and Brian for this forum

I suspect you discovered success with your "strong grip" because your heel pad is more "on top". When the heel pad is on top the grip is less in the palm, and more toward the fingers. This markedly reduces the ability to flip, or "bend the wrist" and promotes a more proper release.

IMHO
