My "Matrix" Journey

OK, so here is a very brief history on my journey with Mr BManz:

Used to slice, now I Never Slice Again (like NEVER).

Started to draw the ball, however my Soft Draw was turning into a hard draw.

Since I really want to Never Hook Again 2.0, I've been going up the wall and down the wall and swinging left.

SOOO my question is, what do I do next? My plan is to NHA2.0 it this summer but I'm not sure what's next. So far hitting little foam balls in my living room (yes, living room. wife hates me. luckily the carpet is old and going to replace it soon) I think I'm going to love this new pattern. But is it a pattern you play with for the rest of your life? Even BManz mentions this in the DVD, something about it not being your "main" pattern.

Anyone else on a similar journey? What are you doing? NHA your stock shot? THANKS!

As for long-term.........remember, the pattern basically is David Toms.

It's a good one.

BTW ya my new house has 10 foot ceilings. Much better! :);)

(no marks from ceiling bashing)

BTW has anyone ever skulled a real golf ball inside their house? It's scary!!

What's really scary is when you really nail one and it comes directly back at you and hits you square in the "family jewels". It literally dropped me to the ground. Not only does my wife hate me but she also thinks I'm an idiot. A mans got to do what a mans got to do (to keep his swing during the winter).

Same here, my wife not only hates me, she thinks I am a flaming moron ( when it comes to golf )

Countless holes in the walls that I have to fix and countless "divot trails" in the backyard. Those "almost" golf balls will sail right through vinyl siding.....that episode nearly put me on the couch.

My neighbors hate me too.

I think I have you guys topped, my putting has been so bad that I built a green in my front yard. You should of seen my wife when I was digging all the topsoil out with a front end loader. I hauled in 50 tons of sand and I now have a 1700 sq ft green growing in my front yard, now thats over the top! [media]http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk246/forellma/003-1.jpg[/media]

That is awesome! And look at that stoke from the little one! Probably did a Tiger fist pump when it went in!

25 years ago I'd hit the wiffle golf balls into a curtain. Wife walks into that room and I nail her right on the temple. She thought it was a real ball and you woulda thought she was going to die.

Wouldn't recommend that BTW - I still hear about it :)

Best story ever:

I am hitting balls in the backyard into the net about 6 years ago....before Brian.....I try something new and SHANK one right through the kitchen window. I am still holding my finish position when my wife comes out the door very menacingly....still posing I ask "what was that??" her response: "you know good and **()*()^)*^well what it was, now get in here and clean up this O)*)#**%)*% glass!!"

I did and went back outside and hit more balls.

Yeah, same thing here but garage window. Some how shanked a 3w and busted the window. I've also gone through 10 different bulbs in our ceiling fan. Like I said earlier, 3 iron is my limit. Just 2 nights ago I tried a 4 iron and busted one. Yikes! Quickly had to replace it before the wife saw, otherwise I would have been bit#$ed at for 5 minutes.

I sent an iron through a wall. Let myself get a bit too sweaty:). The head went clear through to the room on the other side.

I put my first gash in the wall this morning. I like to think of this as the first of many "Badges of Honor" Ill be recieving in my golfing career...AND unfortunately many ass kickings I'll be recieving from my wife.
Oh yeah and...Happy Birthday Honey.
