I think it would really help if we saw your entire body as well as you strinking a ball. I hope you can get it done that way.

On the backswing, the hands don't get above the right shoulder or just barely do. But on the followthrough you lift those hands high. LIke KS said, need to see balls being hit.

sorry I can't get to a range, but just bought a new camera and wanted to see if anyone has any comments on my swing. I will post one with better lighting and capture actual ball flights as soon as I can. I currently am hitting high push slices or low pull hooks. I am trying really hard to not swing from the top and start the swing with my weight shift left and pivot, but it still looks like i am casting from the top. Any comments would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The frame at 0.:07 pretty much illustrates a key problem. Your grip is prohibiting you from correctly cocking the club. Thus you are making this huge 100 degree + (apparently) reverse pivot in an attempt to get the shaft parallel to the target line. Back of Left hand at 0:07 is arched (convex) which contributes to a closed clubface. If you look at the right upper arm early it the backswing you muscle is bulging. This is unecessary tension. So these are things which you should research.

Finally, watch some Pro's this weekend on TV. Pay attention to how they hit short irons. You will, generally not see your amount of shoulder turn. It's just not necessary.

Good luck,
