Need some good drills to help stop backing the shaft up

Especially ones that I can use to hit actual shots with during practice. I would also like to know of any good training aids that could help. Thanks

Curious about how Alex Noreen drill helps. Backing up shaft is a function of too steep and too closed face I thought. You basically have to get everything more open first and use Alex Noreen drill to slam it shut so to speak.

Do you have a strong grip? When my grip creeps toward strong I can't help but have to back it up in order to make square contact.

That video is what led me to understand that I'm guilty of backing the shaft up. I tried hitting balls from a very closed stance and did nothing but pull or pull hook it. It's something I've done my whole life (but didn't know it). I can still go out and shoot 68 on a good day or 80 on a bad day. It seems like if I just stand up at impact and catch everything a little thin I can get around the golf course pretty well. I want to correct it, not just get around ok.

I've read all the way through "Sergio Garcia and the Tumble" several times. I guess what I would really like to have is a drill that I could use to "feel" the correct moves. I'm the kind of golfer that has to feel it or I'll never get it. Also, I'm sure the closed stance sitting on the bag stand drill is really a good one. What could I be doing wrong to make me pull every full swing that I make doing it?

What about Noren in this video around 1:20 where he shows what he doesn't want to do and DOES want to do when chipping?

The problem he shows looks like a lot like backing up, and then his prevention, using body. And the flopshot with the 8I heavy club seems to show much the same proper action.
