In NSA, Brian holds his left arm straight out parallel to the ground. He then explains how one should align the club face with the back of the left hand/wrist/arm.
It looks as if his hand is perfectly aligned with his wrist and that the club shaft is at a 90 degree angle to the whole business and parallel to his chest.
When I do this (perfectly straight wrist/hand) my club angle is way over 90 degrees and is no where near parallel to my chest. To get to 90 degrees now I have to cock and arch my wrist and it is quite uncomfortable.
Questions
1) is this angle indeed supposed to be 90 degrees
2) should both sets of knuckles be parallel to the shaft?
As it stands, my knuckles are at an angle to the shaft.
Sorry for golf 101.
