Well, the NFL's wet dream of an all-Manning super bowl is obliterated.
The Steelers might catch a break if Terrell Suggs doesn't play.
'Zona really does need Boldin back, imho, but if any QB can come close to duplicating Delhomme's 6 turnover performance, it's Donovan McNabb.

An all PA Super Bowl seems likely, which should make Arlen Specter happy.

If it turns out to be Ravens vs Cardinals, it might go down as one of the least watched in recent memory.

Super Bowl

Looks like Kurt Warner - the "Rocco Mediate" of the NFL gets his chance to tackle the Tiger Woods of the NFL (Steelers) in the Super Bowl.

If Anquon Boldin shows up and Hines Ward doesn't Cardinals win in overtime.

Injury wise, the Steelers are in bad shape.

Outside of Ward's knee sprain, the Steelers are relatively healthy.

As far as your analogy...
Steelers don't blow teams out. They go super conservative when they get a decent lead. But that's what you are supposed to do when you have a defense like that. Soooo...I expect a close one.

I don't expect a close one at all. Warner will turn the ball over 3 times and the Steelers will be fine taking away Arizona's only option, Larry Fitzgerald. Ever since Tomlin took over as coach, the only Steeler weakness(the secondary) has been much improved. I expect the constant movement of the steeler defense to confuse Warner and those "quick decisions" he makes will be bad ones. Steelers 28,Cardinals10.

Sounds like the same comments made about the Cardinals when they took on Atlanta and then Carolina..........we'll see..........

As far as injuries, Ben has a bad back, Santonio Holmes is out, Polamulu has a bad calf, and Willie Parker has a bad shoulder.

Holmes is out? Better look at that one again.

Those guys have been playing with those injuries all year. The only injuries you even take seriously are from those listed on the injurt report as "Questionable". I beleive each team has one (Ward and Laboy).

Did you see Troy P. last week? He had a bad calf going into that game. :)

Do you know how much $$ I've lost betting Ofeense over Defense in the SB? Ugh.

The Steelers are NOT Carolina or Atlanta...The Steelers are faster, more physical and they will be better prepared than anyone Arizona has faced yet. And if you think that only the Steelers have little nagging injuries, you are mistaken. The Steelers and Cardinals will play through the pain and the better team will win...which in this case will be Pittsburgh:D

I like him

Steelers are definitely better on paper.......

Steelers are the obvious choice..........but if any team can catch lightning in a bottle it is the Cardinals...........just ask the Eagles who were also heavily favored.....Hey its the Super bowl so everyone has their favorite - mine is the Cardinals. Keep the smack coming
