O'Hair Pattern Changes

On Morning Drive today O'Hair said the following about changes he made upon returning to his former long time instructor:

-he had been too open
-ball had been too forward
-backswing had been too inside
-now more turning behind the ball
-had had too much side tilt toward the target

Either it sounds like an "undoing" of things that had gone "too far" or has just plain replaced a pattern.

Fascinating stuff. I'm reminded of this quote by Sean Foley:

According to my ballstriking stats, O'Hair got a little worse since quitting Foley. However, he must've been striking it great at the RBC Canadian Open because he made a noticeable jump in those stats. So, it may be a sign of things to come.

And, Lifter, with all due regard, Brian isn't 100% against SnT nor SF, and has said it can work for SOME people, so I think that ought to be kept in mind.

Interesting to see Richie's RBC observation, and I will be interested to see if SH continues to contend (or at least play better) with his new/old swing.
