Pitch elbow

After viewing my videos from this past weekends school. I notice my right elbow does not get in front of my body, pitch elbow? Certainly not as far as Mr. Doyle was showing me. Is this a move I should be working on? and to what benefit?

Jeff,

I think you should NOT spend too much time or effort on Pitch Elbow position.

Your elbow is going to go wherever it wishes.

Get the rest of it correct.

I do not TEACH people Pitch Elbow unless they need it. People who need Pitch Elbow AND Max. Trigger Delay are in a very small (about 5% or less) group.
