I absolutely love the visual it provides and it is part of my game now, likely forever.
Here's my 2 cents, paraphasing the pizano.
With your thumbs up, put your forearms in a pan of sugar (sand, whatever floats your imagination). The sweat on your arms holds the sugar in place (on your Ulna bones). During your downswing try and shake the sugar from the bottom of your forearms onto the ball. I like to feel like it's coming off on my left foot.
It almost guarantees you can't get the club "stuck." Great sequencing thought for decent players.
