Today was an unseasonably beautiful day today in land of Jack, so I went out to beat on balls a little. I did not bring a camera. I started warming up with the wedge and hit that well, then I went up the bag and once I got to the 6543 irons things started to go bad. I alternated between pulling the ball and pushing. When I pushed it the ball hinted at moving right, but it wasn't bad. When I pulled the ball it hooked more than it faded on the push. My tendency is to coast with my upper body on the down swing and not have enough counter fall in the transition or stay in my turn long enough. I have really worked hard on this and I really believe it has gotten ALOT better, so Im not so sure if this is an issue or not. I have been working on speeding my arms up AFTER I do the couterfall. This is why Im dumbfounded...I thought that I could do this and that would be okay. I tried EVERYTHING that I could think of in accordance with Brians Soft Draw Vid. UJT,more/earlier couterfall, swinging at the SDP Target line. When things go this bad....What do I do?? What ye say Manzellanites/Manzella? Thanks for the time.
