Resistance

Hey again Brian,

I don't like the idea of the hips resisting in the backswing as I believe it is hard on the back. However, I've been having succuess with building resistance in the knees. When doing this the knees move much less and more naturally with the hands controlled pivot I use.

May I ask what your thoughts are on building this resistance in the knees?

Thanks man,
spike

Good Job, LiftOff.

I really don't like the TERMS "Hitting" and "Swinging" and I feel like the DETAILED explanations of HOW TO DO either, have done more harm than good.

Plus, the 3D reseacrh says that they both are almost exacly the SAME THING.

EXCEPT—at least to me—for the FEELS and some of the alignments.

Sooooo....

A "spoke catcher" need more resistance. :D

I know what you mean about explaining how things happen and such, so no need to get into it.

However, I use a LCT to set up my backswing and the resistance I use in the knees helps to stablize the hip center rotation and quiet down the arms and shoulders. I will never admit to being a Rim Grabber or a Spoke Catcher.........even if I was drunk:eek: :D :D

Hey Brian could you expand on this? The 'whys.'

Was thinking of this today......

(it's eating away at my insides please help)

...;)
