Restricted Teeing

Ok this is my pet peeve. I show up every Saturday at my local links to play comp golf and every week we have a restricted teeing area, by that I mean if the tee and plates are set 30ft wide they have the tee markers set either to half that or most times less on either the left or the right side of the tee but mostly toward a fade bias. Now I understand that a decent player should be able to use all types of hinge actions, but shouldn't a player be given a choice off the tee and not be forced into a certain type of shot unless the hole plays that way. With another Medal round approaching next month I wish to ask someone here if it is within the rules to restrict the tees for a Medal round of golf and not play off your actual listed tee plates ?

Sound like you need to buy the greenskeeper a little "gift" along with a list of preferences for the holes you want setup to favor your swing
