I'd like to revisit Brians vid on RFT but the SnipURL referenced here

Oh and one question on the RFT. Im trying to get the feeling of my right forearm pivoting/fanning around the elbow s it lifts, to do that should I try and feel like the elbow stays in place (i.e. points at the ground) to ensure this all works?
