Rife two ball mallet putter....

I was at a club fitter friend getting some new grips and a wedge reshafted (lost a battle with a scrub oak) and I noticed he took on the Rife line of putters.

He sent one home with me to demo and I took it up to the practice green. Wow! Can't wait to try during a round.

Any one here use one?

I had one last year. I liked the grooves and I really liked the adjustable lie angle. I ended up selling it to go to a more "toe-down" putter. (I believe all of the original 2-bars were 85 percent face-balanced.)

Nothing like the Scotty...

It was good for a day but I couldn't knock the Scotty out for good. Still testing though

Gave up on the Rife....

I am putting really well with the Scotty (Studio 2.0) but just miss by such a small margin (like constantly skinning the hole or lipping out) from long distance.

I think it is coming down to my taking the time to better understand the putt I am trying to make.
