I was hitting wedges (both hands on the club BTW) a while ago....in the backyard.....
Tried using the RF to execute my stroke........got er goin pretty well actually.
It helped me understnand and feel what Max Trigger Delay was all about.
I focused on getting everything in my right arm (including the right wrist turn, right wrist bend, and elbow bend) more or less as turned as possible and bent as possible....and then keeping it that way as long as possible into the downswing.
It really helped me feel it and then understand it.....
And you can do it solely with the right forearm too. (left hand off the club) And really you have to get some of that going to get any punch at all.
This is still new stuff to me.....much like that very last clip I posted in my thread- the face on wedge in the backyard. (which was NOT "right forearm controlled" BTW)
Still experimenting with the RF stuff and also with the Elbow Plane stuff....whether I'm "controlling the motion" (not sure if that is the right term BTW) with the left shoulder or right forearm.
So- at the very least doing this RF stuff has given me a greater understanding.....at the most it could turn into a useable pattern. (definitely not sure if it is the one for me yet tho)
