I've searched about this site a fair bit and can't seem to find a specific thread on the way the right forearm is supposed to work through the impact area (Lets say about 18" approx. either side of impact) There's a fair bit of peripheral stuff, but nothing other than that. (Apologies if I've overlooked stuff)
What sort of things can allow the right forearm to work efficiently - if, indeed, there's one efficient motion per style of downswing - and, conversely, what are some of the things that are absolute havoc-wreakers.
