Just saw Michael Breed talking about hitting off of mats. As we know mats are more forgiving and can mask bad shots especially fat ones.
He mentioned moving the right shoulder more forward in the downswing to move the impact point (ground) more forward.
Shifting weight is the usual answer to help with bottoming out to early. This is the first time I've heard that the right shoulder may be the culprit.
Any thoughts or feels of how to move the right shoulder more forward in the downswing to move the swing bottom more forward?
