S.D. question

I just purchased and watched the SD video. Great stuff in there Brian.
I have one question about the "early pivot" step on the right foot move. Does this move promote a deeper position in the backswing? If so, would this deeper position be more of an orthodox move for the middle of the matrix type of swing?

i used to not step on my right foot, and i felt like a robot. Now i just feel like I'm playing a sport. hehe

It helps you stress the club on the takeaway, assures you get OFF your right foot at least for a bit, and makes the darn thing flow better.

The Golfer's Pivot in 100 Words
Here is my attempt to explain how to perform a correct golf pivot in 100 words or less....

With your weight centered, use the left leg to help you push the weight OFF of that foot as you make a sharp turn of the right hip. FALL and SQUAT into your left leg. Using the ground, push UP off of that FOOT as your right hip moves TOWARD IT. Use this motion to get your left shoulder as FAR FROM THE BALL YOU CAN at impact. Keeping your hips left and your head back, let the motion of your arms PULL YOU to a FINISH with your right foot SPUN UP on the toe and your KNEES TOUCHING.

Brian, I just read aobut 1000 of your threads on pivoting, Do i have to consciously try to push it off with my left leg? Or i can just concentrating on stepping on that right foot?
