Small Hands and Grip

What should the player with small hands know or consider in assembling the grip or evaluating contact or ball flight issues?

I have to make sure the club is in my left hand FINGERS no question. I wear a small cadet glove and I'm convinced my little girly hands might need a girly sized grip to match. If I don't have it in my fingers, shaft running pretty much right down the callus pad, I'll be playing the flute at the top. I also can't get my left forearm to rotate around without feeling like I have to throw my shoulder at it. Did I mention I have pretty curved thumbs, too? Life's rough. I'm playing with standard grips right now, but I wrapped my hands around a ladies Burner Superfast driver and it felt very nice.

That's all the input I have from personal experience. I hit the ball fine.
