Some attack angle questions...

I watched ASII and heard the slippage discussion but I do not see the ball slide up the face. It might do it, but I can't even see it with a real slow motion camera like the post by Matt F.

Hi, Matt! Glad to see you here. Those Quintic vids are awesome! One can clearly see that the sole of the wedge on the pitch shot touches the matt a few inches before impact.

Yes, it certainly seems that way. It looks like the clubhead "grabs" after impact, but does look like it gets to the mat before impact. Fascinating stuff, and thank you Matt F for posting the vids. Really cool stuff
